By accessing or using roar-events.com ("Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Tickets and Purchases
Ticket sales are processed through Dice (dice.fm). ROAR Events is not responsible for Dice's platform, refund policies, or service interruptions. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled by ROAR Events, in which case refunds will be issued per Dice's refund policy.
3. SMS / The Pack
By joining The Pack you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from ROAR Events about events, presales, and announcements. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to opt out. Text HELP for help. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, photography, event art, and copy — is the property of ROAR Events or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
ROAR Events is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for a ticket to the applicable event.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or SMS where applicable.
