1. Information We Collect

We collect your phone number when you join The Pack SMS list. We may also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral sources) through privacy-respecting analytics tools. We do not sell your data.

2. How We Use It

Phone numbers are used solely to send ROAR Events SMS communications — event announcements, presale drops, and lineup reveals. We will never share your number with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. SMS / The Pack

4. Analytics & Advertising

We use Vercel Web Analytics for privacy-friendly traffic insights. Vercel Analytics doesn't use cookies or collect personally identifiable information — see Vercel's analytics privacy policy.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) so we can show ROAR ads to people who've visited the site. The pixel collects standard browser event data (page views, clicks). To opt out, you can:

• Adjust ad settings in your Facebook account
• Use browser-level tracker blocking (Firefox, Brave, Safari ITP, uBlock Origin)
• Enable "Do Not Track" in your browser

5. Third-Party Services

Ticket sales are handled by Dice (dice.fm). SMS signups are handled by Laylo (laylo.com). Content is served via Sanity (sanity.io). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they collect.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@roar-events.com. We will respond within 30 days.
